It can produce ABS/PLA filament with diameter of 1.75 and 3mm. We use laser gauge in the 3D Printer Plastic Filament extruding line to measure the diameter and control the tolerance within 0.03mm.
1.Produce process
1) Before extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time.
2)Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder.
3)Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter 1.75mm or 3mm, ±0.02mm tolerance
2.Production quality control
1)we have diameter laser device to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser device will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter at acceptable range.
2)keep each record filament samples sent to customers, build a tracking able document.
3)when the filament put on shelf longer than half a year, please dry the filament again.
