Product Description

Automatic Plastic PVC PE PPR Pipe Belling machine/line 

This machine is suitable for belling the plastic pipes. It can be used together with the pipe production line, or used separately.

The process of belling is automatically controlled by PLC.This machine is suitable for pipe diameters Φ16-800mm. The speed is depend on the pipe diameter. And can be adjusted according to the speed of extrusion machine.

1. Pipe diameter (mm):16~75mm, 50~160mm, 50~250mm, 110~315mm, 315~630mm.

2.Belling type:R-type and U-type .

3.Shaping way adopts rising in the mould and rises and increasing the barometric pressure out of the mould to make it stereotypic.

4.Adopt PLC control.
