Overview of PP plastic hollow building template extrusion production line:

Uses and features: The PP plastic template production line is developed by our company. The thickness of the sheet can be 8-18mm, and the width of the sheet can be customized 915-1220mm according to customer requirements. Its products have smooth surface, small dimensional error, and have many advantages such as nailability, planing, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardancy.

This unit consists of single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mold, setting machine, primary tractor, annealing furnace, cooling box, secondary tractor, cross-cutting machine and conveyor. Compared with traditional formwork, building formwork has the following characteristics:

    1. Good water resistance. Even if it is completely immersed in water for many days, it will not be deformed by moisture. It will not rot and rust.
    2. It is not compatible with cement, sticky, easy to demould after construction, and will not be deformed due to cement adhesion.
    3. High construction efficiency and good quality. The surface of the building constructed with it is smooth and flat, and no secondary modification is necessary.
    4. It saves working procedures and improves construction efficiency. At the same time, when the template is processed, the surface of the template can be pretreated to obtain the desired wall pattern.
