Product Description

PC lampshade is PC (polycarbonate) as raw material made of light bulbs, LED lamps, LED lamp, lamp shade and lamp housing series.

Our PC led light tube extruder has adopted:

  1.  special screw for PC material , high quality mold for bright tube  , with Good plasticizing, to ensure the finished tube no pull marks, no grain, high transmittance of products to meet customer requirements .Ceramic Heater  (0-400° )    ,      also ABB inverter ,RKC temperature controller ,SIEMENS contacter  or PLC control system if needed .

2 . high quality tooling steel mold (   smooth bright mold to ensure the finished tube no pull marks, chatter, high transparency )

3. forming machine ( water cooling type , machine place could be adjusted in 4 directions according to production needs)  , stable cooling performance , easy operation .

4.  belt type haul off machine ( speed controlled by inverter , haul off speed 0-15m per minute , big pulling power , pulling height could be adjusted in up and down directions )

5. Cutiing machine (  tube cutting height is controlled  and designed  , using feasible and stable saw cutting , with nice tube cutting open , then stacker .
