The main products of the 45mm plastic filament extruding machine for 3d printing  : 1.75mm ABS/ PLA 3D Filament & Typing Strips.

3D printer filament extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, immersion bath type water tank, haul-off, cutting machine etc,its control system consists of intelligent temperature control table,imported electrical components and converter. Main feature of this line: stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect, high degree of control precision, convenient operation etc.

 

2. 3D printing technology is the latest printing technology, to meet the demand for 3D printer, we specially designed ABS PLA Filament Extruder for 3D Printing  . The main material are ABS and PLA.

3D printer filaments information:

1.3D Printer ABS Filament has been tested on RepRap, Makerbot, Mendel, Huxley UP! Printer, WeisTek.

2.Diameter: 1.75mm or 3.0mm

3.The tolerance roundness +/-0.02mm

4.The processing temperature of ABS filament process temperature is 230-260°C.melting point is 230°C.

5.High strength, good toughness.

6.Density is small, when printing larger volume model lighter, saving money.

7.ABS 3D printer filament owns rigidity and shiny surface; high toughness and impact strength.

8.ABS performs a better flowability when melting and resists corrosion and abrasion. These qualities combined make it an ideal material for injection mold and extrusion
