Product Description

PVC tile trim is applied for wall tile decorations, which include surface treatment, punching and hot stamping. 

1- Used for Trimming Tile Edges at both Vertical and Horizontal intersections.
2- Protects tile edges from chipping and avoids til chamfering.
3- Prevents exposure of grinding edges and dust accumulation.
4- PVC trims available in various shades of colors, sizes and length of 2.5 Mts
5- Producing in various shapes such as: single nap, square edge, square round edge, round edge, Flat..etc
6- Producing in various sizes: 8, 9.5, 10, 12 mm
7- Producing in various surface treatment like: solid color, warp by PVC lamination film or Hot stamping foil.

Regarding to PVC plastic ceramic tile trim extrusion line, we suggest SJZ51/105 conicial twin screw extruder, whole line flow chart as belowing:
Screw conveyor for extruder → SJZ51/105 conicial twin screw extruder → trim extrusion mould, 2 or 4 cavities → Vacuum calibrating cooling table → Trim hot stamping machine → PVC trim profile hot stamping machine → Trim punching cutting machine → Final stacker
