In traditional manual or semi automatic coiling machine, one man can only operate one machine, and if the worker leaves, the machine stops, the efficiency is lower, and it takes time to train a professional operator, nowadays, the labor cost keeps rising not only in China, but in many countries, the company boss will have to pay lots of money on labor, by thus, the profit keeps shrinking. To solve these problems, we invent this auto coiling machine, one labor can operate 1-5 machines without problem, from long term viem, it can greatly save cost for company and the efficiency is also highly improved.
The host auto coiling machine can be used for TPU, PA, EVA, PVC spring forming, and the hose diameter can be from 3mm up to 16mm, the coiling length can be from 1meter up to 20meters, and we also accepet machine customization for customer.
