Product Description

PVC edge banding extruder machine:

Based on our experience,PVC edge banding can be manufactured both by singe screw and twin screw extruder.If your capacity is big , then we suggest twin screw extruder, however, if you have no much experience , so we suggest you singe screw extruder.

The surface of PVC edge banding can be treated by two colors printing or three colors printing.After printing,the surface also need to coat UV varnish.After UV varnish,the Final PVC edge banding is more high glossy or Matt glossy.

Introduction: This extrusion line is mainly used to produce pvc edge banding, pvc edge bands, pvc edge strips .This line consists of conical twin screw extruders or singlle screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibrating table, haul off machine, cutting machine ,winding machine, printing machine etc.

Applications: This edge banding is widely used inin the furniture industry with outstanding features of low cost

easy application, fantastic decoration, non-colour variation after trimming and polishing,  high flexible effects, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance, etc.
